After the intake interview, the initial sessions focus on the key leadership skills of building their vision, articulating their vision to the team, and developing the proper strategies to realize their vision.

Effective Communication in the Era of Innovation

In today's mix of in-person and remote work styles, a leader who is fluent in both communication styles is an invaluable asset to their company.

The second set of sessions focuses on building a wide range of charisma and communication skills effective in both office and remote environments along with strategies to coach a team to more effective communication across all channels.

The final sessions focus on the gaps in the leader's style.
