Tom's experience as a Senior Executive General Manager, his global P&L, merger/acquisition work, and experience in functional areas, enable him to create powerful coaching relationships that drive behavior change with demonstrated business improvement.  He is sought out by C-suite executives, teams, and organizations looking to improve their performance in environments of aggressive change. Tom is counsel to global and U.S. companies in defining options for hiring and developing the talent needed to meet strategic business objectives.

Tom brings international experience gained from his expatriate work as European General Manager. During his European assignment, Tom successfully launched new businesses and established a strong base of customers.  Tom built a multinational team leveraging his leadership talent.  Prior to Tom’s expatriate assignment in Germany, he held senior positions in Business, Quality, Strategy, and was also responsible for the Asia Pacific Business.

Tom has been a featured speaker for many business, university, and community events and has coached individual executives and teams from the US, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East. Tom holds an engineering degree from Cornell University and is a board member for Kimball International.
